Hodn\u011b v\u011bc\u00ed se p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1valo a za\u010dlo d\u011blat \u00fapln\u011b jinak. Zm\u011bnila se struktura projektu a pr\u00e1ce s prefaby. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zasahovalo i do designu z hlediska jeho velikosti. Za\u010dala velk\u00e1 minimalizace a optimalizace tak, aby hra byla v\u016fbec dokon\u010diteln\u00e1. P\u016fvodn\u00ed design hry toti\u017e rozhodn\u011b nebyl ur\u010den\u00fd pro mal\u00fd indie t\u00fdm, kter\u00fdm jsme byli. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, za\u010dalo se \u0161krtat a to ve velk\u00e9m.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPo n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1m nicm\u00e9n\u011b projekt za\u010dal op\u011bt stagnovat. Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f bylo i to, \u017ee supervizor za\u010dal m\u00edt osobn\u00ed probl\u00e9my a nedok\u00e1zal n\u00e1m ji\u017e nad\u00e1le s projektem pom\u00e1hat. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ode\u0161la z t\u00fdmu Yeve, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159ela 2D grafiku hry. T\u00e9\u017e n\u00e1s v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b opustil Jarda, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159oval zejm\u00e9na na optimalizaci a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lokac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly do t\u00e9 doby ud\u011bl\u00e1ny jen na hrubo. A tak jsme na projektu vlastn\u011b z\u016fstali pouze t\u0159\u00ed. J\u00e1, Arbiter a Daniel.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nV t\u00e9to sestav\u011b jsme zkou\u0161eli je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakou dobu fungovat, ale objevovaly se po\u0159\u00e1d dokola ty sam\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. V m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161lo zejm\u00e9na o zdlouhav\u00e9 designov\u00e1n\u00ed lokac\u00ed. Kde n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m, kdy jsem d\u011blal n\u00e1vrhy formou mapy a popisu a pot\u00e9 takto p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 podklady poslal Danielovi, dlouhodob\u011b nefungoval.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nBylo to tak, \u017ee n\u011bjakou dobu jsem vytv\u00e1\u0159el mapu a popis, to jsem cel\u00e9 poslal Danielovi, ten podle toho (n\u011bkdy v\u00edce, jindy m\u00e9n\u011b) ud\u011blal level design a to mi poslal k revizi. Na takto vytvo\u0159enou prvn\u00ed verzi lokace jsem psal tzv. bug report, kde jsem ozna\u010doval, co je \u0161patn\u011b a co se mus\u00ed ud\u011blat jinak.<br \/>\n<br \/> <br \/>\nCo m\u011b vylo\u017een\u011b otravovalo bylo po\u0159\u00e1d dokola se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed stejn\u00e9 chyby. V\u0161e bylo d\u011bl\u00e1no hrozn\u011b narychlo a nekvalitn\u011b, tak\u017ee se muselo po\u0159\u00e1d dokola opravovat. Tento syst\u00e9m byl extr\u00e9mn\u011b zdlouhav\u00fd a vylo\u017een\u011b toxick\u00fd.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/noezgames.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Condra-pirates-home.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/noezgames.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Condra-pirates-home.jpg\" alt=\"Prvn\u00ed verze m\u011bsta Voland\" width=\"650\"  position: absolute; top: 0px; right: 0; \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Obr\u00e1zek 1 \u2013 P\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1vrhu designu p\u0159\u00edstavu Condra<\/h4>\n<p>\nNicm\u00e9n\u011b to nebyl jedin\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Program\u00e1tor st\u00e1le nem\u011bl k dispozici postavy a animace, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159eboval pro soubojov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Stejn\u011b tak se v\u016fbec nehlo se seznamem p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f do hry, a\u0165 u\u017e se bav\u00edme o klasick\u00fdch \u201cinvent\u00e1\u0159ov\u00fdch\u201d, jako jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, byliny, j\u00eddla apod\u2026, tak st\u00e1le nebyly k dispozici ani modely zbran\u00ed a zbroj\u00ed. V\u0161e po\u0159\u00e1d viselo na Danielovi, kter\u00fd o v\u0161em tvrdil, \u017ee m\u00e1me. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v pou\u017eiteln\u00e9m stavu nebylo tak\u0159ka nic. Tento stav m\u011b i Arbitra dlouhodob\u011b \u0161tval, ale po\u0159\u00e1d jsem k tomu p\u0159istupoval tak, \u017ee vlastn\u011b bez Daniela nem\u00e1me \u0161anci hru dod\u011blat, jeliko\u017e on d\u011bl\u00e1 grafiku a level design.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nA\u017e p\u0159i\u0161lo l\u00e9to roku 2019, kde jsme zase \u0159e\u0161ili n\u011bjak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 lokace a stejn\u00e9 chyby v nich. Arbiter mi ukazoval, jak si vlastn\u011b v\u0161e rad\u011bji opravuje s\u00e1m (v grafick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti), ne\u017e aby to po\u0159\u00e1d vracel Danielovi. V ten moment jsme se sami sebe zeptali, zda bychom to vlastn\u011b ve dvou nedok\u00e1zali d\u011blat l\u00e9pe. A sv\u011bte div se, zjistili jsme, \u017ee to jde. A tak jsme se rozhodli z Teamu21 odej\u00edt.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nV p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch n\u011bkolika dnech jsme za\u010dali proch\u00e1zet datab\u00e1ze asset\u016f a netrvalo to m\u011bs\u00edce, jako u Daniela, ale byly to dny. Na\u0161li jsme p\u00e1r zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch asset\u016f v hodnot\u011b n\u011bkolika tis\u00edch korun a z t\u011bch jsem za\u010dal d\u011blat prvn\u00ed sc\u00e9nu. A op\u011bt jsme zjistili, jak rychle a jednodu\u0161e to jde. T\u00edm, \u017ee se vynechal ten dlouh\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00ed konstrukt mezi mnou a level design\u00e9rem. Nav\u00edc lokace byly v\u00edce vhodn\u00e9 z hlediska game designu a hlavn\u011b byly p\u0159\u00edmo na m\u00edru.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nS n\u00e1kupem asset\u016f jsme hned od za\u010d\u00e1tku za\u010dali v\u0161echno t\u0159\u00eddit, \u0159adit a p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1vat tak, aby intern\u00ed datab\u00e1ze d\u00e1vala smysl a ka\u017ed\u00fd se v n\u00ed vyznal. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se assety za\u010daly nastavovat podle po\u017eadavk\u016f program\u00e1tora. To znamen\u00e1 slad\u011bn\u00e9 textury, materi\u00e1ly, tagy, layery. Toto byl krok, kter\u00fd p\u0159edt\u00edm st\u00e1le chyb\u011bl a p\u0159id\u011bl\u00e1val program\u00e1torovi dost pr\u00e1ce. V\u00fdvoj byl najednou extr\u00e9mn\u011b produktivn\u00ed a funk\u010dn\u00ed.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b s na\u0161\u00edm rozchodem p\u0159i\u0161la i negativa. Hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem bylo to, \u017ee v\u0161echno co n\u00e1le\u017eelo Teamu21 (Daniel Nezmar) nem\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt. Jeliko\u017e na to nem\u00e1me pr\u00e1va. \u0160lo zejm\u00e9na o 2D grafiku od Yeve a hudbu od Marka. P\u0159i\u0161li jsme i o p\u0159\u00edstup do datab\u00e1ze asset\u016f a ke zdroj\u016fm z kickstartru. Na druhou stranu j\u00e1 a ani Arbiter jsme p\u0159\u00edm\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k asset\u016fm a pen\u011bz\u016fm nem\u011bli ani p\u0159edt\u00edm, to si Daniel bedliv\u011b st\u0159e\u017eil.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAle jak u\u017e se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, v\u0161e zl\u00e9 je i pro n\u011bco dobr\u00e9. To, \u017ee jsme vlastn\u011b nikdy nedali dohromady smlouvu, n\u00e1m v tento moment hr\u00e1lo do karet. T\u00edm, \u017ee jsme ofici\u00e1ln\u011b nikdy nebyli \u010dleni Teamu21, tak ve\u0161ker\u00e1 na\u0161e pr\u00e1ce je pouze na\u0161e vlastn\u00ed. Tak\u017ee cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh, level i game design z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ze 100% m\u016fj a stejn\u011b tak program je \u010dist\u011b Arbitr\u016fv du\u0161evn\u00ed majetek.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nA tak vlastn\u011b do\u0161lo k odtr\u017een\u00ed od Teamu21. O situaci kolem na\u0161eho odchodu se zaj\u00edmala i \u010desk\u00e1 hern\u00ed media.
